Product Description: The 1107 HDI Package Tester accommodates a fine-pitch-ready dedicated testhead that is ideal for batch inspection as well as mass production.

Product Applications: Inspection of MCM, BGA, CSP and other HDI boards including LTCC, Glass and Teflon based PWBs. Scores of 1107 systems have been also installed worldwide to test the mounted/embedded components on BGA, MCM substrates.
